Tome of Penguins

描述
Adds the Tome of Penguins to the game. This mod is an official example mod by Triumph Studios released alongside the Modding Guide which can be found here: https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2970477766

The Tome is a tier 1 Chaos tome that can be picked as a starting tome.

The Tome contains:
On Unlock:
  • Special Province Improvement - Penguin Statue - +10 mana, +7 draft per adjacent Farm, counts as Conduit
  • Hero Skill - Penguin Leader - All non-hero Animal units in the army gain +20% damage

Research Skills:
  • World Map Spell - Summon Dire Penguin - Summons a Dire Penguin unit under your control on target hex
  • Combat Spell - Flock of Fury - Target unit suffers 15 physical damage and suffers blind and bleeding
  • Unit Enchantment - Dedicated to Evil - +2 Physical damage on attacks, Vicioius Killer
  • Transformation - Penguinification - +3 Frost Resistance, Intimidating Aura
  • City Structure - Nest of Evil - +5 Gold and Mana per level of Evil Alignment.
  • Unit - Dire Emperor Penguin - Shock unit variant of the Dire Penguin with Intimidating Aura

For those who want to use this mod, please see Kaige's updated mod 5 posts below which fixes the original Triumph version which has issues.

Might be boorish for me to post this here, but I have an edited & corrected version of this mod available that properly tags all the spells, makes Dedicated to Evil actually work, and provides the Dire Emperor Penguin with his missing icon art, as well as the ability to swim like the standard Penguin. https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2980342955

I'll gladly take it down if Triumph ever updates this mod to include all these fixes

Currently the researched spells lack a tag. For example the dedication to evil doesn't show it's an enchantment etc. Not to mention that the dire penguin doesn't have an icon yet. I get that this was a bit of an april fools joke, but would still be nice :) love these penguins

This is neat and all..but how about just make Frostling a dang culture already and have dire penguin as a culture unit *cough cough* AoW 1 Frostlings *Cough Cough*

@TriumphBias Hey is it okay if I fix all the tooltips, missing icon art, and missing amphibious trait then re-release this back on the workshop?

After researching Dedicated to Evil, I can't seem to find it in my spell list. Has anyone else experienced the same?
