@RonmvicBuzi , try clearing the Steam download cache, you can do this as follows:

1. Open the main Steam program window
2. In the Steam window, select the "Steam's" menu (upper left corner) > Settings
3. Find the "Downloads" menu item there and click "Clear Download Cache" . Steam will ask you to restart and login again.

I CAN'T play the game it said that dowload like latest version stuff
