That said, I was already using Troye's Tomb4 mod which fixes the border and widescreen aspect ratio. Adding all the files from "Unofficial Fixes" over Troye's mod (except the Tomb4.exe) broke the game for me.
Make a complete backup of your current game folder before you add any of the Unofficial Fixes files. I simply pasted my "Troye's Tomb4" game backup over the Unofficial Fixes version and the game seems to be working properly again. I don't know if that paste-over bypasses all the Unofficial Fixes level fixes though.
