How to bypass

1. Find the path to your KSP executable (if you have a default steam installation with default game install directory it should be in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program 2\KSP2_x64.exe")
1. Right click on KSP 2 in your library and click on properties.
2. Navigate to the general tab in the window that pops up and in "Launch Options" text box, put the path to your game executable in double quotes followed by %command% so it would look something like this

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program 2\KSP2_x64.exe" %command%

3. Launch game and profit!

you don't need to bypass the launcher anymore :(

best way to bypass it is to refund the game and play ksp1

Or you could just right click on KSP2_x64 in the game folder and "send to desktop as shortcut". That way, you can even launch it without opening steam at all.

Personally, I just did the old drag and drop and its currently sat with pride of place on my task bar at the bottom of my screen. Space is at a premium on the taskbar so only good games get to live there.

I also used ckan to launch the game, but then I realized it doesn't add to my hours on steam or say that I'm playing KSP on discord or steam, so I would rather use steam to launch KSP

i use ckan to load my many mods, lots of them are compatibles, lots of fixes and stuff.
oh and it skip the launcher at same time

You can bypass it and then remove the option when you actually want to give feedback Nautilus...

The Launcher screen is where you can give the devs feedback though... That's why I'll keep it, because I send all the bugs and suggestions I find.
