Ethics & Civics: Bug + Electroids Species Pack

Description
This is a quick fix to the Electroids Species Pack mod which would wouldn't work perfectly with the Ethics & Civics: Bug Branch mod, as the ladder would invalidate the former's fallen empire's government, making them neutral.

it's a very small change at the end of the day but it really bugged me for some reason.

to fix it i changed the empire's ethics, they are now: fanatic spiritualist, fanatic authoritarian and militarist (since bug branch allows 7 total points to be spent, i thought this was a nice little fun combo).

all credits reserved to the mod devs of both bug branch and Electroids, they are both amazing mods!

hey, does someone know what happen to electroid mod please ? I can't acces it anymore :'(
Is it dead, or maybe removed the time to update ?
