Introduction
Scrakes enrages whenever he receives certain amount of damage and goes towards the last player who hit him. The slow rage is a glitch (AKA kf game mechanic xd) that occours when the scrake rage animation happens in normal walking speed, like if he was running in slow motion. It means that he's still enraged, but moving slowly.

This guide aims to teach player the easiest ways to slow rage the scrake in HoE-Suicidal difficults with most of the perks. Know that these aren't the only ways, but are the ones that I consider to be the easiest and more useful.

There are a lot of situations where this game mechanic can help. Therefore, knowing this combos can be useful. But be adviced, the scrakes can be one of the most hazardous zeds, so if you can, let the players who knows how to kill him do it. Use this tips in situations where neither you or the team will be seriously harmed if you miss, or in cases that you don't have any choice.

Note: works with perks lvl3 and higher

Demolitions
Slow rage can be pretty useful for the demolition, since there aren't a lot of ways to safelly kill a scrake with this perk. You can activate the slow rage by distance using explosion damage or by close contact, using piercing damage.

M32 only (Distance)

Once you're in a safe distance, shoot 2 times quickly directly to the scrake's head or chest. This will activate the slow rage, then you can easily kill him.

This method can be the most useful, since can be used against more than one scrake or in cases that there are other enemies, like a lot of trash zeds or even a fp.

Slow rage against 2 scrakes

Slow rage with a fp near

M32+pistol (scrake close to the player)

This can be done by headshooting the scrake 2-3 times, then switch to the m32 and quick shoot 2 more times to his head. You don't necessarily need to pre damage him with any weapon, it can be done using only the m32, but when you deal an amount of 180 damage points to his head, it will take one less m32 shot to enrage him, making it easier.

This combo can be effective when you don't have enough space to explode him.

Note: You can also slow rage the scrake with the LAW or with pipe bombs. The mechanic in that case will be similar to the slow rage with sharpshooter or berserker, which I'll show next.
Sharpshooter and Berserker
For perks that have weapons capable of stunning the scrake, all you have to do to activate the slow rage is stun him a second time when he is already enraged. With the video will be easier to understand:

Slow rage as sharpshooter

Slow rage as berserker

It can be useful when there are a lot of zeds and you've already stunned the scrake or dealt enough damage for him to enrage, so instead of trying to kill him through the mess of hitboxes, you can slow rage and deal with the more harmful ones, since the scrake is one of the slowest zeds.

Slow rage with a fp approaching

So as said before, to slow rage him with the LAW or pipe bombs, you have to follow the same idea above(it can will kill him before he slowrage, since you have to use at least two pipes or two missiles).
Medic
The weapons used in this case are the Shneidzekk and crossbow, wich are a good loadout for the medic, but you can use any medgun. To slow rage him, you have to cause an amount of 1200-1400 headshot pre damage (don't enrage him). Then, with your crossbow, shoot directly to the head and it will activate the slow rage. You can do this by any distance, but close to the scrake is way easier and can be done anywhere.
ps: you don't have to jump too, is just some random vice of mine xd

Like with the m32, you don't necessarily have to pre damage him, but in this case, since the xbow is offperk, you'll need a lot of distance if you don't, 'cause to activate the slow rage, you have to hit a second xbow shot to his head once he is already enraged. Therefore, the pre damage is strongly recommended.
Commando
The idea is the same as medic, all you have to do is hit that previous amount of pre-damage to his head then headshot him with the xbow. Any assault rifle that can be used with the crossbow works in this case. For the example I used Scar+xbow:

Support Specialist
With this perk, there is no ways to activate slow rage without using offperk weapons that would disrupt the supp's loadout or complicate the killing of this zed, making the slow rage pointless. But you can always do things like this:

Slow rage cancel
The slow rage will be canceled and the scrake will return to run normally if he hits you, so don't get too near.

It can also be canceled if the scrake attacks a enraged fp or a husk after receive damage from them, like in the video below:

Some advices
If done properly, slow rage is very effective when the player is in the aforementioned situations, or even when there is no one who can kill the scrake and you need to find a way. So knowing this information can help a lot.

Keep in mind that even though scrakes are slow, they can be dangerous, as they are the zeds with the higher amount of body HP (hell on earth) and his multiplier for explosive damage is the lowest. This mechanic can be useful in a lot of cases, but if you miss, it can disturb the team, making an easy task become a mess, so the best thing is always let this zed for the ones who knows how to kill him.

There a few things that must be considered when you're about to try it, like if the scrake is burning or if someone hit him with some amount of damage that can mess your combo, or if he was already flinched or stunned, so try it carefully and by your own risky.

As said before, those aren't the only combos that can slow rage the scrake, but imo are the best ones, because it can be used ingame, will not mess up the loadout with useless offperk weapons and are not too hard to be done. If you know other ways to make it in any perk, let me know!

Hope you enjoyed this guide, good luck!

Yes, it works perfectly on dedicated servers. In singleplayer most of it will work, but sometimes the animation will be different. Instead of running in slow motion, the scrake will just keep walking as if he wasnt enraged, thats why it may seem like it didnt work, but if you keep shooting at him you will notice that he will keep walking instead of enrage and run, this will be the sign that he is in slow rage.

Looks like it works as explained in the guide on Dedicated servers after some testing

Does this only work on Dedicated servers? It doesn't seem to work in Solo mode or Listen servers.

There are harder then Hell On Earth servers and exploits like these are useful for that. Demo and commando can benefit from slow rage, but zerk and sharp might as well just kill the scrake since it doesn't take long.

Pathetic. This game is easy AF, and you still have to cheese, and abuse bugs.

Poor scrake :( What has it done to deserve such punishment? Nice guide BTW :)

as medic you can slow rage scrake with 2 flare + 1 crossbow, shoot 2 flare on head and then wait till scrake stopped burning after that shoot 1 crossbow

Whether or not there is a multiplier for scrake this info is totally disposable, as the scrake can in fact be killed in the ways shown in this guide, that's not even the point :)

Since you've read this guide and found this detail, I assume you are able to read and understand what I said in the 2nd intro topic, so I don't need to add any video. If anyone wants to learn the slow rage encyclopedia, they can check it out in your video.

"and his multiplier for explosive damage is the lowest."

PLEASE, stop spreading fantasies. There is no explosive multiplier / resist / whatever for a scrake.

And add this video as well, it's one of the first explanations of how slowrage works.
