This mod is an updated slice of of NukaBoy's "Engineers of Life" containing only the lifeseeder technology, ship, and observation station missions to advance primitive civilizations.

@jdcharma what about the commands for eol_advance_primitives_events.txt? Any specific code needed to change in that .txt file in order to ensure everything is in working order?

It depends on where Steam puts your mods. I think I left mine as default so for me it's E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2918745033\events
