Bloody Ties: Portrait of a hangover location guide

There are 8 Portraits in total, however you acquire 1 upon starting the side quest and 1 upon completing the side quest
(That leaves 6 to find throughout OV and NV.)

This side quest is awful, I thought the one where you go to a dark zone to check empty stabilizer chests sucked but this one is worse. Thanks for the guide, cheers.

For me its bugged, i dont get the first one.

And saw (when i was unable to find the spots with the map that the NPC give to us) people in videos that have marks in the normal map to find these, not for me.

I tried to avoid this collectathon quest by reporting the dumbass artist to Severus. If dumbass wanted to console the families he should have just made copies instead of stealing
