5. 点出基因重组/合成进化+义体/灵能飞升后，可以通过物种编辑自由添加义体人/灵能特质.
6. 现在同时点出基因和其他飞升时可以正常收获DNA了
7. 机仆也可以义体飞升了
8. 几大飞升议程兼容
9. 移除了一些起源/国民理念对飞升的限制. (但没有更改选择界面的说明)

Features:
