Love the chart.
Just wondering if there has been any update for the drives over the last 2 and a half years?
(It's really been out that long already!?)

That page credits Elouda (OP). Stop trying to start a riot Glorwyn.

By the way, if you look up 'Terra invicta drive chart', a website called Mejoress has this image linked. Just letting you know in case you wanted to report or something.

Prion torch is the best engine, but it costs a prohibitive amount of antimatter as propellant even if you fill all of Mercury's orbits with solar powered particle colliders.

Thank you! It makes planning and playing this game much more easier

@Felix Nix: Now that I know what those Axis mean, I could figure all that out myself.
Protium Converter Torch is the best combat drive, and offers the kind of range where you don't need a lot of fuel tanks. And can actually get places quickly on the strategic map, because you got Delta-V to spare

@zgrssd Yes, but not just combat acceleration. ALL acceleration. It will go faster to places you tell it to go as well. Basically, the Protium Converter Torch is the best drive IMO, unless you want range over speed, and the Firefly Torch is the best for that. The Pion Torch is pretty damn good, but anti-matter is a pain in the ass to collect the amount you realistically would need. Personally, an early game drive you can aim for if you focus is the pulsar and advanced pulsar. You won't be going SUPER far, but it will allow you some decent range and acceleration and only needs water to fuel. Zeta Hellion is a good mid to early late game drive you can focus for decent range and acceleration, then you can get one of the late game torch drives when you're ready to load titans down with armor and weapons and go blow up the alien spawn point.

This should be cross-referenced with the generator/drive/waste heat chart by CrimsonLionDC. https://www.reddit.com/r/TerraInvicta/comments/y32akq/updated_ship_drives_chart_with_all_ship_parts_and/

Just thought I'd add some more KISS statistics to help clear up a few things.
All the engines have a variable multiplier for combat acceleration (another guide would be great). This greatly affects the utility of choosing 1 engine based on the base engine stats graph as this doesn't account for the combat multiplier, but generally speaking the later techs obviously have much larger multipliers.
All stellar bodies have Gravity and EV(Escape Velocity) in the top left box of the object you've got selected. Useful for designing ships that you intend to land at outposts.
In your statistics for building a ship your combat acceleration is used for the gravity escape check.
