1. The cheat items only seem to drop from the random encounters with four or more enemies, which don't spawn in Ijincho until Chapter 6 (when you can get the Auspicious Gourmet).
2. The eatery food bonus changes regardless of what you order, so you can just buy one cheap item to cycle the bonuses.
Easy 200-240 (+~200 ish SP) per enemy, and you get another 200 for sparing all of them. The downside to this is that it can get tiring / monotonous and it does not work as well on squads with elites in them, but the payoff slightly edges normal violence tactics since its less risky (can go for untouchable battle award for another +120 SP) because you're not attacking. These SP numbers assumes that you're at max extra SP upgrades btw.
It's much simpler to just go through a couple of chapters, then do a bunch of side quests, targeting the bonus XP from fights since you'll be doing lots of that. For every fight, beat someone with each of the 3 styles, pop EX Mode and immediately turn it off, and get 1 EX attack, plus another ES Surrender. And repeat.
You can nab the Secret Contacts item from Kinka Pharmacy early on for 5% extra SP too.
If you have $1M, spend your money buying Hug Bombs from the pawn shop; they have an infinite amount. That gives you the 30k SP you need.
Buy the 10-10-1 gambling item from Odenara's Wares. Use it in the game. Congrats, you can now buy 20 Plates, which equates to 120k SP. Each Cycle multiplies the out by 4.
It's an infinite loop. Definitely slower than most options, but you can do this the moment you unlock the second city map. It also doesn't require you to get SP boosting items for said fights. Safe, and 100% assured. Just really boring.
