Protogen Machines

Adds Protogen support for Robot & Machine Expanded robots and bio-mechanicals.
Must be loaded after Robots and Machines Expanded.

This is done by overwriting both species classes, which means:
-----This will not be compatible with any similar mods for Robots and Machines Expanded
-----This will need to be updated when more vanilla portraits are released (i.e. toxoids)
-----This is not compatible with mods like 'Machine & Robot Expansion - No Robot Origin Req Patch'
I don't think there's any good solution that isn't a universal patch unfortunately.

I can support starting as robots without compatibility problems, but not being able to select it after any of the ascensions.
