Are you a completionist? Then i have good news and bad news.

The bad news is that in order to master all skills you would need 86925 skill points wich is way more than the 34275 total skill points availible in the game by default.
The good news is that now you have a list of every skill bonus in the game in case you wanna go as high as possible.
Remember that you can also grind infinite skills without cheating by activating the manhunt modifier and farming secret service agents. (Beware that it can mess up your stealth bonus or affect story choices available to you)

If you quickly need to skip to a certain part, remember that you can press CTRL + F to search for keywords.

Intro & Disclaimer.
Keep in mind that i will not count gamemode exclusive bonuses towards the "Mission total" since they are mutually exclusive from each other and entirely depend on your setup. Only main game bonuses are "canon" as far as this guide is concerned. I will still list them seperatly.

I will also not count hackable objects that dont grant SP by being hacked in HR mode (ie robots, computers and things you dont use multitools to hack).

The biomod stealth bonus may also vary and be bigger and smaller depending on remaining enemies, time and/or completed objectives.
(Im no speedrunner nor developer and am still not sure what factors into the stealth bonuses)

The stealth bonuses listed here are my average score after five 100% runs of each chapter as a undetected pacifist, (excluding one particular NPC) and are tested on each difficulty both with and without cheatcodes but if you find a consistent way for a higher maximum, please let me know!
Chapter 1: The Coalition
Starting a new game.

5000 skill points are given at the start of the game. However, if the pistol skill is downgraded from "trained" to "untrained," 1575 skill points are refunded, for a total of 6575 initial skill points.

Enemy types Chapter 1: The Coalition
The tables here will list all enemy types per level, their quantity and ideal weapon with most consistent takedown reward. It will count based on the highest number of non respawning enemies per map (NG+ and Lay D denton npc's) and even include friendly killable npc's that can turn hostile when provoked.
However it will NOT count neutral unarmed civillians that will either get you no reward in Human Rev or penelize you of SP in Biomod, infinitly respawning enemies like Secret Service agents/UC creations nor will it count essential story npc's that cannot be killed.



Im not gonna list all weapons. Only the "meta" that gives the most SP or the most fun/reliable weapons that are commonly picked by players or ideal towards that enemy type.
If a weapon is not listed, that means its reward is either equal or worse than the alternatives for more effort.
(Sorry shotgun/machine guns)



Typically common, low threat enemies give 20 SP but that may be halved if they didnt die in one hit or if you had to partially hurt them to turn them hostile. Though sometimes there are plenty of other ways to provoke neutralNPC's without damaging them (lockpicking, setting off alarms, entering a compound before invited, audibly talking to their employees about silencing them as they walk past,betraying your organisation etc.
Unique, non essential NPC's will usually grant 60 SP and Bosses will grant 120 SP.



While you can get up to 75 SP per common enemy with a long range, one hit sniper kill, its advised you save that rare sniper ammo for other snipers so you can get the ammo back, or tankier enemies like commandos which can't be one hit by pistols and also have a higher base reward on top of the sniper multiplier.
(This guide assumes you dont use the "allammo" cheat)
You're also very unlikely to run out of pistol ammo even by early game as almost every enemy drop it so its best for common enemies when running and gunning.
Though by the late game when stocked up, feel free to spend sniper ammo on a common enemy if you know what you're doing.



For much of the same reason of not spending sniper ammo too early its advised you dont use explosive ammo on non robot enemies as its even rarer.
The game even tries to say "don't waste me" by granting SP as low as 7 or 2 if you use high tier ammo on low tier enemies!
While explosives like the GEP gun and grenades are ideal and is the easiest, safest way to deal with robots, if you move fast, stock up on health and damage resistances items/augs, you can use the dragon's tooth sword on robots for even higher SP at the cost of time and taking damage point blank from both the robots gunfire and when it eventually explodes when hit enough times.
(You cant pacify bots & are unable to hurt them with nonlethal melee, but considering that you dont need to reload or spend ammo, if you use the DTS against a robot (like with DTS), expect a bonus thats well worth the risk since you dont need to invest resources.
Just beware that it will take a very...VERY long time.)



WARNING: If you dont have a concience, make sure you kill all friendly NPC's for profit AFTER you are done with a chapter as some characters vital to progression like Gordon Quick will never turn non hostile once provoked which can essentially softlock your game without cheats (learned that the hard way).

@ your service I'm afraid I'm even less familiar with the weapon and item part than you are, and thanks for providing that as well, I'm sure it comes in handy, esp. for Shifter mode.

Though i also know the weapon and item part is more incomplete than the rest of the guide since im not as familiar in all their variables. I just wanted to provide a rough understanding of when and where to use a weapon for max profit.

I'm currently reviewing it by taking note of some minor errors and other SP locations you seem to have missed. Please do not consider yourself a failure for that, everybody makes mistakes, and we're offering a service for free.

Hi @ your service. I just wanted to tell you that I have just found out that if you enter the vent near the security terminal in the basement of the NSF HQ (when it's controlled by UNATCO), you get an Area Location Bonus of 52 SP. 😃

Of course, if we really want to split hairs, we gotta add that the ones in DXR do not have wheels 😁😅 And then it can become much more complicated.
Anyway, there's absolutely no need for us to be so fastidious 😁 "Gas tankers" and "tank trucks" will do it: Google Images gave me a lot of results similar to the ones in DXR.
