Dog:
The player must collect five cans of Dog Food and bring them to Harold (Quest: Doggy Cooking). Harold will make the Dog Treat and give the player a Kennel, then you can befriend the dog by giving it the treat.
(He's located in the first village area, right past the fence opening) to finish the quest line (Quest: Woof Woof).

Cat:
The Cat can be found in the Lonely Hills: Quarry area. Go to the yellow cement truck and head to the right of it, going towards the bridge that leads to the second tier of the quarry. Instead of going up the bridge, head to the left of it near the red piece of wall and the cat should be behind it.
It requires a Honey to befriend.

Raccoon:
The Raccoon can be found near the minecart in Frozen Peaks: Winter Railway.
Give it Garlic to befriend.
