For the full-auto part, some weapons can be toggled by pressing x.
For the scoped part, that is a bit annoying that there isn't an option to remove them, but there are some weapons in this pack that don't have them, in another variant of course.
In modern history, scopes are preferred because they allow to see at far distances. Of course, there is always the option there to change the amount of range they can see (most commonly in sniper rifle scopes), and they can be removed if requested. Games do not allow breaking the possible physics of mods, so unfortunately this can not be changed, unless an update to this mod can do that.
