I can confirm that this mod still works (or at least seems to, I haven't tested further than looking at the components in the ship designer)

ilfrith You can't add transgender reactors into the game because they're already there. Just encourage all of your cisgender reactors to express themselves more openly and a few may discover who they are inside.

The old standalone mod has been removed but the quasarcraft itself itself has also been integrated into Hyperquasaric Megaconstruction
