T-80U Main Battle Tank remake

a remake of the previous T-80U mod, not really much change but decent enough to be a remake. with those are:
- better tank model
- better sound effects
- added destructible hitbox as the ERA armour plating (can actually block damage! each plate has a HP of 2000). first time adding such feature so it might not be perfect

Armaments:

Driver:
- 1 x 125 mm 2A46-2 smoothbore gun (APFSDS, HEATFS, and 9M119 Svir ATGM Shells)
- 1 x 7.62mm Coaxial PKT Machine gun (250 rounds)
- Repair tool

Gunner:
- 1 x 12.7mm NSVT Machine Gun (50 rounds)

HP: 4000
