Lake Fish, Fisherman and Buildings

This mod adds Fish and a some Crab to Lakes. It also adds a Fisherman and 3 buildings to improve Lake tiles.


Features:
-The buildings (Dock, Boathouse, and Marina) can only be built if a Lake is within your border.
-The Aztecs cannot build the Lake buildings, but receive a tech enhanced buff to the Floating gardens at Chemistry.
-The Fisherman can be built by all civs, including city states, costs the same as a workboat.
-The Fisherman can also build roads & railroads, remove forest, jungle & marsh, and repair improvements, at half the speed of workers.
-Lighthouses, Harbors and Seaports still improve Lakes near coastal cities.
-The Samurai can no longer build fishing boats, but receives a custom promotion and Culture from defeating an enemy.
-This mod does NOT interfere with game resource placement, but runs independently, so should not impact any other resource addition mods.
-Lake tiles now yield 1 food (instead of 2) to begin.
-Marina uses Harbor portrait, Harbor receives new portrait.
