Let's stop with the introductions, to get this achievement you have to play Street Fighter II Turbo and fight against Akuma, just that, you don't even have to beat him, the achievement only asks you to meet him.
Instructions
To fight against Akuma you have to do an arcade speedrun of less than 20 minutes before fighting against M. Bison, all that without having any “continues”, these are the only requirements to face him.






It's complicated because all versions of Street Fighter II have a cheating combat system (like any arcade game par excellence) that causes the bot to knock you out in 6 hits.

ADVICE

If you don't want to break your head, just use the save and load system when you lose.
