The difference would be that Wolfenstein is more simple in aspects of mapping and gameplay. the maps look like mazes and not all that vertical. About gameplay, you run around the map shooting bad guys
On the other hand, the maps in Doom are way more complex than just a typical maze. Also on aspects of gameplay you can fall down from a high place, jump and swim (on some wads), etc. It has more variety to it
ROTT it's more complex than Wolfenstein, almost like Doom so I put it on the Doom clones list
