A: You cant unless you have VCmod by Freemmaann, which is not finished yet. In the meantime you can buy the old VCmod from CoderHire behind this fancy text[coderhire.com]
If you have VCmod, Its F for lights, H for hazards and F + A/D for Indicators.

Q: How do I drive this?
A: Spawn it from the Vehicles menu, they are under LWCars.

Wow, this car is amazing. You really think a car from the REAL WORLD from BEFORE A TIME that gta EVEN EXISTED, it would be based off a car from GTA: SA. God you're either ignorant or just outright stupid.
