Its probably cause at one point there are no stairs to the main underground part, only elevators. I guess that breaks the navmesh generation.

The navmesh is broken. Underground Nextbots and such wont walk around but on the surface everything works fine.

jesus! the navmesh is bigger than the map itself! that's funny as hell haha, thanks for this as always
