Event window fixed! Added outliner buttons and smaller changes. :winter2019coolyul:

The Terraforming button and the commercial value must change by Orrie (Overhaul Dynamic).
Support is only available over Discord. And I don't like it. :steamsad:

@acideiffel here is report. The color of the event window has not changed to cyan. Other color mods have changed. Even after restarting Steam and subscribing to the mod, nothing changed. What should I do?
Also, the terraforming button and trade value display in the planet window are misaligned.

I can't say if it works 3.10 mod version to activate in the launcher with 3.9.
You could also use the mod with an old version.
New graphics are then not displayed or shown incorrectly.

However, I also started a game with 3.9, and no problem to continue playing under 3.10. :mailedfist:

@acideiffel is it possible to have a version of the 3.9.3, I have not yet updated my current game to the new version as i am 60% through my playthrough lol, Is there a legacy version of this mod? or would it impact if i am currently using 3.9.3?
