Thane's 8th Tradition Slot and More Ascension Perk Slots

This mod adds a Tradition Slot (8 Total) and 8 Ascension Perk Slots (16 total), as well as tech to unlock the Ascension Perk Slots. The Tradition Slot functions the same as the original 7.
This mod DOES NOT add any new Traditions or Ascension Perks, just Slots for them.

For Modders: I added some comments to the interface file that point out what bits of the interface you need to modify to increase the number of tradition slots. You also need to edit some defines.
Feel free to use or reference this mod when making or updating your own mods to 3.1.
