Red pulsating road barriers

The issue caused by patch 1.50 is now fixed, and it is compatible with patch 1.51. A common issue is that the mod might not be properly updated unless you unsubscribe and resubscribe to it.

This mod is supposed to make road barriers - the X-es and arrows, appear pulsating red and more visible from distance.
