choose a class and customise it to your own likes (gender cannot be edited)
start the game

press automatic combat, click on quests to automatically carry them out, when you reach the right stage use auto-missions too

sit back and enjoy doing very little while levelling

occasionally interact with skill / stat increases and crafting/enhancements
