They don't say anywhere this exists but there is a BASIC photo mode (no filters just a way to manipulate the camera)

To My knowledge this only works in everywhere but the cop rock level, and some parts of the game like cutscenes and the title screen.

Press the F7 Key to enter or exit photo mode

Hold the middle mouse button to start movement

W: Move Forward
A: Move Left
S: Move Back
D: Move Right

R: Move Up
F: Move Down
T: Rotate Left
G: Rotate Right

Oh, I was wondering what that was about. I pressed F7 because that's how I toggle my MSI Afterburner overlay and saw this. Neat.
