Hello everyone!

Welcome to the Better Keep Corpses Mod!

This mod allows you to keep corpses on and not have the problems it comes with!

Features:

Player no longer gets stuck on corpses while keep corpses is on
Turn off npc's dropping weapons! No more littered battlefields!
Lootable corpses for ammo and health!
Have keep corpses on but still have them removed after a certain time!
This works great with mods that need keep corpses on!
Enable and disable!

How Does It Work?
- Just hold Q --> go to Options on the right --> Better Keep Corpse
- How to loot corpses (Look at dead body and press your USE key)

Update 8/3/2021:

Options now save from map changes
Choice to make it if you want bodies to collide with each other or not
Choice if you want to display ammo picked up when looting bodies

Stop getting stuck on bodies in your realism videos, no longer will you lag from having keep corpses on because you need it for another mod. quit that annoying thing where there are guns you didnt want to pick up get dropped

With the mod and the original setting keep corpses the corpses still disapear after a few minutes

i have corpse time on the max but they still despawn

This addon breaks certain levels in the hl2 campaign, like the helicopter battle (or any helicopter encounter)

If using "ahr_reskin_enabled" of Advanced Headcrab Remover dead zombies' bodies retain collision, not even NPC Ragdoll No Collide (or any of it's other versions) handles those properly.
Also, is it possible for you to implement some sort of more native way (as an alternative) of giving ammo to the player for it to appear in pickup history instead of chat?
