how to fix it?

1- Hover your mouse over "Options" button and press "enter"
2- Do the same thing for entering "Graphics Options"
3- Press the "Reset To Default" button
4- Press "Back"
5- "Back again". Now the game will kinda reset
6- Enjoy Hitman Contracts with your cute mouse working properly

It seemed to be caused by the absence of these two lines in the HitmanContracts.ini, in my case.

UseDirectInputMouse 1
UseDirectInputKeyboard 1
