The closest we'll get to that is custom sub-races (of vanilla races) that live on Divine planets, no additional races required! You'll see what I mean in the upcoming update!

An external patch used to exist, but I merged it into the main Angel mod itself. No external patching necessary anymore!

If you mean tier-skipping, it's balanced. You cannot tier-skip to Divine. You NEED T6 materials to make a blocker for the Divine debuff.
In terms of the upcoming weapons and armor, etc? Probably not! Lol!
