Basic

All monsters have a 3x3 bingo board (the one at the bottom right) that can have genes, all genes have abilities with a color and a icon saying which one is what.

Being these 6 colors and 4 icons, the colors being the element (Neutral, Fire, Water, etc) and the icons the type of attack (power/speed/tactic/blank-skill)
The Bingo Board

On the bingo board we want to play tic tac toe with our Monsties genes, making 3 ways with the same color or icon through all of the board.

Every match gives power to our monstie, and this can get even better if we match both icon and color, be mindful that if the gene doesnt have a icon it do not count for a extra bingo.

There can be some slots locked, like with the Jaggi, These can be locked by lvl, so you can just level up the monstie till it unlocks it, if your monstie has more than 1 slot locked without level, try to get a better monstie, sorry :(
The Joker

The rainbow gene (the one in the middle) counts as all of the genes, but it doesnt give another ability, still pretty useful for some creativity with the bingo, tho we are keeping it simple.

Normally you're looking for these so it's a slot that you don't need to fill.
How to mix them
To organize your Monsters full of power, you need to get at least to the 2nd town to learn the Channeling Rite.

With that, now you can SACRIFICE other monsties to make your team stronger and make easier bingos using genes of the monsties that you're no gonna use instead of only leaving them.

Where to get better genes
Welp, I have only played to the 3rd town so, just keep the story to get better monsties and fill up your book of genes (in the same part of the bestiary).

The Basic Power Up
Keep it simple, if you have a Fire/Power Monstie, fill the bingo with fire-power genes, this will make your monstie very powerful in a specific way, the way that it is determinated to be.

That and yeah, name it, so you can love it <3 like my little Julius the Paolumus.

The End

To sum it up, Paolumus are cute and I did this guide to showcase mine.

Hope it helped, good luck riding.

Just a small suggestion is add in the fact you can also star up those genes as well. By sacrifice and taking the same gene and placing it over the existing gene on your monsties will improve that gene's power.

Gene is another thing,
but in actuality to make sure u have a great monster u have to check the MONSTIE GUIDE on their attributes, n how good are they.

But Great guide,
Kudos

Thanks a lot, I don't regret to keep the comments, tbh this is still really early in the game so maybe there are gonna be things that will change, and yeah, I'm not native english, so I'm really grateful with your words.

Great simple guide.

Just for a couple of corrections, Edit guide, and change "summ" to sum (Second last line)
Also this line "other monsties to make your team more stronger"
Change it to "Other monsties to make your team stronger" "More stronger is not coherent.
on the bigo board section
"On the bingo board we want to play tic tac toe with our Monsties genes, making 3 ways with the same color or icon through all the board."
should be "All of the board" instead of all the board.
Then on the joker section
"Normally you're looking for these so is a slot that you don't need to fill."
Instead of is, it should be it's

These are just little things that do not come naturally to people who are not native in English. Your actual structure, and spelling in general are not only fantastic they are better in respect of many students native to it. Please do not take this the wrong way if you are native to it either its really not bad.

Don't forget to add that,

You can't move a gene inside a Monstie. You can only replace an existing one in the rite. Leaving you to get extra of the same monstie to move a gene to a different spot.

Ex.
I want to move gene A from the top middle to the bottom left. I would need to find a monstie that has gene A also. To fine them, just use the Book of Genes and find it. It should list the monstie that you have already hatch before on there. Get another two eggs, (Because you need to remove the gene if its the same one to move it to a different slot first.) then use the rite to move it.

It can take an arm & a leg to do this but it's needed if you want bingos to happen.
