1. Download and install WinRAR

2. Download and extract jb_clouds_finalX.rar
Open the file in WinRAR and choose "Extract To" and then "Ok"

3. Find the extracted folder jb_clouds_finalX

4. In a seperated window, find folder csgo
It's probably here: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo

5. Move the extracted files in the folder \csgo\maps\
