You need a mod for the road to be fully functional

To make the road behave as a bus-only road, you need to be using either:
Please note that the two mods are mutually incompatible.

A single-lane, one-way bus-only road without parking spaces.

Does this still require bollard black? I see some comments there complaining about abnormally high tris for such a teeny prop.
