I'd say eagle is a mix of norwegian, swedish, and romanian all at the same time.
The normal soldier of the eagle seem to resemble romanian military uniforms, while TALON resembles more of american soldiers. While their equipment and guns represent Swedish weapons and other european guns.
All faction's vehicles in the official Vanilla+ are based off of real life vehicles, most are different

Raven looks to be a mix of germany and america, as well as other countries.
They seem to resemble american or german modern soldiers, with more advanced german vehicles and weapons.
