if you do decide to move forward with updating this mod something ive noticed is that the imperial community seems to be extremely anti imperial projects. my empire has high relations with majority of the community and imperial authority is maxed out etc. I usually have no issues getting laws even if they have low support when proposing passed but when i propose an imperial project all of a sudden all these members are calling in their favors on me to outvote me on the projects. maybe its intentional idk just seemed strange to me.

Is there a plan for updating the mod and finishing/fixing things like the throneworld? This is/was a really great mod.

I dont even remember that i finished the throneworld, however, im sure you can use console to obtain the technology. I would also reccomend being cautious with the throneworld, as i remember it being incredibly jank.

Im using it in the latest version. I am able to propose a resolution to build the projects so far only done throneworld. Only issue im running into is after building the construction platform for throneworld i cant start the next phase of the project cuz it says i need throneworld finalization tech is there a console command so i can bypass it?

Ive not tested it, but it hasnt been updated since 3.2, so odds are there is going to be a lot of bugs, in addition to my general bad code
