You don't even need 2 stations, you can build one station in range of a warehouse and a store you deliver to. Then have the truck loading from a warehouse and unloading to a store using single station. Truck does not need to move.
I understand that it is not in spirit of the game, actually. This is not Factorio. But if it works - it works and it is not THAT immersion breaking. I mean long distance conveyors of sorts exist in real world too. Well, in real world we use them for oil and gas, but they exist and essentially do the same as trucks - they transport something from point of extraction to point of distribution.
As I said in the guide, I do not recommend using conveyors outside of factories.
The conveyors have a limit for some reason ;)
Also with conveyors, you cannot deliver more or less items depending on demand, which will result in wasting resources you may need for other things. It will also take space that the city would use to grow.
No, nut you can transport the goods by conveyors all the way to the city, build 2 stations close to each other and hire one truck to sell the goods. Depending on distance you might need to build a few warehouses along the way since conveyor has max distance, but they are cheaper than even basic trucks. And while conveyor cost more than a road and a truck with how fast you can transfer whatever you want to sell it will pay for itself in no time. Just be aware that it is way harder to balance how much stuff you sell this way so you might hit price decrease in a month easily.
