Fan patch - Unlock FPS, Borderless Window & more

Fan patch for FO2 to remove the 100FPS cap and forced VSync, fix widescreen scaling, extend the 140 car limit for modders and a borderless windowed mode without the old method's frame drops. Also includes OpenSpy patch for multiplayer support

Download the patch from here[zolika1351.pages.dev].

Drop it all into your game folder and replace if asked, if you're using ThirteenAG's widescreen fix then delete it first as this mod already includes a vastly improved widescreen fix

To enable borderless windowed, set BorderlessWindowed=1 in ZPatchFO2.ini

Multiplayer will work regardless of if you've used the previous MP patch found in other steam guides or not, just select Multiplayer - Online in the menu, unless you've enabled SplitscreenFix in which case no results will be found.

Other mods

ZMenu, mod menu with features such as mouse camera rotation, free camera, forcing AI skin, FOV multiplier, experimental water physics and GTA-like air control

I needed to delete the device.cfg in my savegamefolder to properly use the patch

so far so good, but Fanpatch wont work with new update somehow. changing winmm.dll to d3d9.dll also does nothing. Im also your work fan, it is pleasure to have installed the best fan patch for beloved flatout series (1,2,UC)
