Spawn/Utility Menu

This mod depends on the Scalable Init Support addon.

This addon adds a vanilla UI styled menu to any map, which can be used to spawn NPCs, entities, props and change game settings.

The menu can be opened by holding the trigger on any controller, then raising given controller next to your ear and keeping it still.

Note: Mods cannot be enabled on existing saves. If you want to use this mod, you need to start a new game with addons.

Features:
- Panorama UI
- Works in the campaign and on workshop maps too
- Placement system, which allows precise spawning
- Can be used to spawn props, NPC-s, and other entities
- Can spawn a somewhat restored Combine Energy Ball, which can be thrown at enemies
- Undo, and the ability to clean all previously spawned entities
- Can be used to spawn addon content on workshop maps from the following addons:

--- Weapon: CS:GO AUG by Krotter
--- Impact Grenades by Mettle Meek
