Before starting this guide, I recommend getting two of the foot bath upgrades; double jump and air dash. They will make collecting these crests far easier.

First off, I'll refer to this as a mural. It's located on the backside of the building Carmelina is in. All 10 of the crests are located in the Syndicate HQ area.

Looking at the mural, this crest is directly to your right. You'll have to crouch to reach it.

When looking at the door to Carmelina head right, not going up the stairs just yet and sticking to the lowest level. You should find a Lost Pain statue with a red crest behind it. To the right of the mural there is a corridor you can take to get to this crest too.

This crest is hidden in some bushes. Again, if you're facing the mural, turn completely around and head straight that way. You'll go through bushes and pass the statue of Enchanted Blue (pictured below).

This crest is on top of the elevator that takes you to the top of Carmelina's building. You'll have to double jump and dash to reach this easily. Just double jumping and good timing can work too.

There are two ways you can reach this crest. The way I did it in this picture is I took the elevator from the last crest to the top and fell down to the crest. You can also just take the ramps on the right of Carmelina's building up until you reach this area. The pink door in the background gets you to the library.

Directly to the right of the library door, you can see this crest on the otherside of the wall. You'll need to jump on the potted plants and double jump over the wall here to grab it.

If you're looking at Carmelina's door, turn around and go back down the ramp past Monsterrats picture. You should see the crest directly across from you at the side of the ramp leading to a Dead Nebula vending machine.

The next two crests are pretty close together so I've grouped them here. The building directly to the right of the foot bath has two ladders in the back. Climb those to reach the crest shown on the left and then double jump to the crest on the right.

This last crest is, in my opinion, the trickiest to spot. Take the elevator to the top of the building and jump down to the area with the library. You're going to want to jump on top of the elevator that takes you down to Doctor Doom Jazz. When standing on the elevator, you should be able to see the massive gravity drive in the distance and the crest is resting on a ledge here. You're gonna need double jump and air dash to reach this one.
