Introduction:

A few tips before doing anything. Save your coins, no need to buy more than a single car till after you've earned the 1.000.000 coins achievement. All the cars you can buy will perform the same when fully upgraded. Always do any mission that shows up when doing races, it sucks having to go back to a race you've already completed because you didn't do the mission. Missions show up at the top of your screen.

First baby step
Simply create a profile. This is the very first thing you do and you cannot play the game without creating a profile.

Second baby step
Buy a car, at the start of the game you get to choose between 2 different cars. Choice doesn't matter much here. Pick which ever car you want.

Tinker under the hood
Change unit of speed or volume of SFXs or music

Races:

I almost won, almost...
Finish in 10th place in any race.

Close enough
Finish 4th place in any race.

The first taste of champagne
Win any race.

108? Did I win everything?
Win all the races leading up to the final race.

Last race

To win the last race you have to boost yourself ahead of the 8080 racer and then either try to keep yourself in front of him so he can't pass or bump him off the road whenever he tries to pass you.

Win the final race

My own Penetrator 8080
This will be achieved after finishing the last race in the Career mode.

The ultimate owner
Winning the last race will complete this achievement.

Mission related:

Missions are secondary objectives found around the map. They'll show up at the top of your screen if a race has one. Make sure you do them while you're going through the map so you don't have to go back for any.

Upgrades:

Since one of the achievements is gained by having 1.000.000 coins at once, I'd recommend not spending money on new cars till after you've achieved this. Every car you can buy will perform the same when fully upgraded.

Juvenile banker
Have 10.000 coins at once.

Wall street yuppie
Have 100.000 coins at once.

Won lottery, the hard way
Have 1.000.000 coins at once.

Fully upgrade the Testosterando, including Nitro and Radar.

The best Intruder Turbo
Fully upgrade the Intruder Turbo, including Nitro and Radar.

The best De Loan

Fully upgrade the Aggressor , including Nitro and Radar.

Feed the beast
Refuel your car for the first time.

Beast feeder
Spend 10.000 on fuel for your cars. This does not have to be the same car.

"The best way I found to waste fuel is crashing into objects on the sides of the road, which damages the car (doesn't seem to work as effective when crashing into other cars). So just take the Penetrator 8086, which always costs $0 to repair and start destroying it until wrecked, then repair, refuel and repeat."

Repair any car once.

Hmm... Am I a bad driver?
Spend 10.000 on repairs for your cars. Doesn't have to be the same car.

Time for a new painting
Repaint any car.

Master painter
Repaint every car once.

Time Attack:

I'd recommend waiting with Time Attack till after you've completed the career mode and gained the Penetrator 8080. Drive as close to any traffic you come by so you can to keep up with the timer. Getting 3 extra seconds on every vehicle seems to be somewhat inconsistent, but give it a try, it is possible to get to 15 without getting 3 extra on every vehicle.

Which turn to take
In timeattack finish at least one segment

Follow your own way
In timeattack finish at least five segment

Easy Rider
In timeattack finish at least ten segment

Impossible Road
In timeattack finish at least fifteen segments

Thanks for the guide!

If "the Ulitmate" one didn't pop up after race, re-launch the game and open new profile and buy car. Achievement is yours!

Just to add to Laynix's comment below mine. I had to also close the game, relaunch, create a new profile, purchase a car and then 'the ultimate owner' achievement unlocked.

I finished the game, and the ultimate owner didn't unlock. I read Surobyk's comment and gave that a try but that didn't cause the trophy to unlock. I had a think and thought maybe you need to have everything... including the 1,000,000 coins as I had less after buying the remaining cars and upgrades. Then I tried Surobyk's tip again and it unlocked. It's not a bug after all.

B O M B A ™, it means you didn't enter the code
I also couldn’t understand at first, it seemed like I was entering everything correctly, but there was no confirmation.
To do this, after entering the code, go to the keyboard and mouse and remove the typing panel, then be sure to click "YES".

The Achievements "And it even works" and "My own floppy disk..." dont work for me....dont know why. any idea?

The Huh? achievement unlocked for me, so might be fixed now

Sadly, the "Huh? You've completed all missions? Nice" achievement does not unlock.

First attempt: In Profile 1, I had accidentally skipped side quest #8 and #11.
Second attempt: I had created Profile 2 and completed those two side quests. No achievement.
Third attempt: Started the game from scratch. Completed the map and all of the side quests. No achievement.

It is a bug.

Can't believe beat the boss first time before looking into all this then found out I can't now get to lose against boss achievement have to play through again on new profile just to lose to boss how infuriating

The method described by Surobyk to obtain the achievement "ultimate owner" works.
