Pretty straight-forward swap. No scripts, just some model/sound replacements.

Hi V92, I wanted to ask I could have your permission to make a small texture edit of the vertical Baton (from black to white) and upload the edited mod as a replacement for the Metrocop Stunstick on the HL2 Workshop. For the purpose of using it with a Metrocop replacement I'm making. I’d ensure that you’re fully credited as the original creator and include a link to your mod in the description.
Please let me know if this would be okay with you or if you have any concerns about the edit. Thank you so much for your time, and I really appreciate your work!

Just link it in the description somewhere. While you could suggest it, making it listed as a required item would be a bit confusing to the average user.

Some server might have downloaded it to you. Delete the cache folder from your steamapps/garrysmod/garrysmod folder.
