Introduction
I know what your thinking.
Actually It's one of two things...

1. FEZ IS SO HARD OHMAGHADDDDDDD, GIMME HELP
or
2. I love FEZ so much I want to complete it!

Both of these are feelings most players go trough while taking part in this masterpiece of a game. I will say, beyond the story, completing the game (a.k.a collecting all the items, completing every room, ect.) is one of the hardest tasks I've found in all my experience with video games.

However, this is not a complete guide. This is one that contains as little information as possible to help you along with FEZ, so, if your looking for all the answers, you came to the wrong place. This Guide is to hint along players into figuring out the puzzles themselves. For example, there is an alphabet consistent in puzzles throughout the game. Instead of giving out the entire alphabet, I will hand out essential letters that you can then plug in and solve for each word and the corresponding letters for each symbolic representation (boy, that was a mouthful to read aloud) as you progress more and more. Makes sense right!?!

Anyway, without further rambling, let the guide begin, and remember, a guide is basically needed to complete this game, so don't feel bad!

NOTE 1: I use notes a lot

NOTE 2: I refrained from using a lot of pictures as to not spoil anything pertaining to FEZ the game and FEZ the story.
Controls
I found it frustrating when completing certain puzzles which buttons corresponded to the X-Box equivalent buttons in which the puzzle was represented. Simply put, all the puzzles that are coded still use their X-Box controller schemes for the X-Box version. So as well as how utilize every movement, this will (hopefully) save you the frustration of not exactly knowing what buttons to press. For those of you that even read this far, you'll see what I mean later.

Arrow Keys - Move X-Box - D-Pad/Left Thumbstick
I, J, K, and L keys - Move View X-Box - Right Thumbstick
Space Bar - Jump X-Box - A
Down Arrow Key + Space Bar - Jump Down a Ledge X-Box - Down, A
Left Ctrl - Interact (pick up objects, open chests, etc.) X-Box - Y
Left Shift - Talk X-Box - B
A - Shift Dimension To The Left X-Box - LT
D - Shift Dimension To The Right X-Box - RT
Tab - Inventory X-Box -
Esc - Map X-Box -
Enter - Pause Menu X-Box - Start
Right Alt - First-Person View (New Game + only) X-Box -

There is one additional control that is a "cheat" and I would not rather put on here. Note, that this option is also only available in New Game +.

The Language - Who Knew Reading Could Be So Difficult?
Before you begin let's talk about the nescesities. In order to read the language you must forst tilt your head at a ninty-degree angle. I would reccomend writing it out and then turning the paper to read straight. While doing so, you then need to read left to right as you would normally. To keep track of the letters, I would reccomend making a list by writing all the 26 letters of the alphabet and leaving space next to them to write the corresponding symbol. Fill in the letters you know and based on that, conclude what the word is, and for each new letter, fill in the symbol. Take the few essential letters written below to help you figure out the rest.

NOTE: Yes, some symbols have two corresponding letters!

As Practice I would suggest going to this room depicted here and translating the text on the stone.

The Tetris Code
For this one, a picture would completely give everything away; there are few symbols to decifer in this puzzle. However, although this is the case, the tetris puzzle is till alot harder to solve. I am going to say this though, it is similar to the language as you must read it at a ninty-degree angle. After that, look at the shapes and the direction they seem to be going.

Note 1: For lots of the tetris puzzles you must have first person mode to find them. This is only attainable through completion of the game.

Note 2: The Tetris code does not feature only direction but also shifts of the world and a press of a button.
QR Puzzles
These are on the easier side of puzzles, as long as you have a QR scanner that is. The only reason I'm going to mention it is because the code that is given through the QR code is left in the control scheme of the X-Box format. However, this shouldn't hinder your ability to solve these too much.

Note: if you don't have a QR scanner or even a smartphone, this very helpful guide is good to check out. http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=178851999#52449

Example rooms with Qr puzzles look like this:
Tuning Fork Puzzles

There is an acheivment titled "cryptographer" and the definition of said acheivment was "break the code"... The reason i looked up this guide is because i was waiting around in the romm with the huge telescope, trying to make sense of all the boardwork, when suddenly, a pink cube with a chunk broken off appeared. I was so shocked! So i went and looked up how to actually unlock the acheivement, since i was curious, and apparently its unlocked when you find a treasure map? When i collected the pink cube, Dot (the guide) said something along the lines of "oh wow! you got... i dont even know what this is..."

Good ! Me too, I didn't finish the game at 200%, and the language, for exemple, is too hard for me. And I want to finish the game by myself. So this guide is perfect.
