CS:GO Setting for First time user.

Setup Launch Option:
1. Right click on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Game
2. Click on Properties..
3. In General, Click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS...
4. Paste Below Text

-novid -tickrate 128 -high +fps_max 0  +rate 128000 +cl_updaterate 128 -nojoy

5. Click OK and Close the Property window.

You are ready to go and play in optimized setting and low FPS problem will get resolved.

This shows current network status with server and your ongoing game.
1. FPS: FPS of your system - High is good
2. Ping: Response time between your system and Server. - Low is good
      If high Ping see your network usage and stop application consuming lots of network. It can also be high due to server location
Type "status" in console to see server information

3. Loss: Packet loss with server - 0 or lowest is good
     This may increase due to week internet or laggy server issue.
4. var: This show variance in response in server process
       Low is good. If high your will feel lag even in low ping and 0 loss.
