PermaProps 4.0

What is the PermaProps:
The permaprops is a lightweight addon written to save entities on a map.
This is very useful to improve servers and help builders.

How use it:

Saving: Aim a entity and press left mouse.
Remove: Aim a entity and press right mouse.
Update: Aim a entity and press "reload" ( Default: R ) key.
Reload all PermaProps: Aim the world and press "reload" ( Default: R ) key.

Problem / Issue:
If you have any question or issue, FIRST try to resolve it yourself AND THEN ask your question on the workshop comments !

All props is saved into sv.db ( ../garrysmod/sv.db )
