Hi there. If you have already got all bounties, but didn't received your Borderlands 2 items, this guide will help you to get what is yours.

Let's check the problem
Do you have a SHiFT Gearbox account? To receive your items you MUST have a SHiFT account. You can create a SHiFT account by clicking in 'Extras' and following the steps. If you have any doubts, and need help, you can check the official gearbox tutorial here. [support.gearboxsoftware.com]

''-Dude, I have the SHiFT account, but I still having problems, my items don't appear"

So, you should open your Poker Night 2, go to your bounties page and redownload all that is missing. After that, you should close the Poker Night and open your Borderlands 2, in main menu select 'Extras' and 'Shift Code'. If your items have arrived, they will be shown here by messages.
"-Dude, I already have the SHiFT account, and I have redownloaded the items, but I'm still without them, what can I do??"

Calm down, you will have just to follow few steps. In less than 24 hour, your items will be shown in Borderlands 2

If you have checked everything and you still without your items, have just one guy on the world that could help you!

-I'm trying, but i'm talking about the guy who works on gearbox support. He is going to give you what is yours .

I truly recommend you to request your items after getting ALL bounties. Get all bountie achievements to provide evidence that you have won all. Take a screenshot from your bounties page and post on steam.

Now, you have to write a e-mail to support@gearboxsoftware.com telling your trouble. In the email must have your steam profile link(because the guy will want to see your achievements), your screenshot link (it will confirm that you have all items and you have not a achievement hacker on your pc) and your SHiFT account e-mail, so he can delivery your items. Wait until he anwers and be happy.

If you have unlocked all the bounties and achievements, go to the official SHIFT website and open a support ticket to gearbox. I sent an email straight to them and they never replied, but when I used the ticket system, they replied in 2 days and the issue was solved.
So, go to the SHIFT official website, log in with your account, make sure your steam account is linked, give them a link to your steam profile (maybe they check your achievements, idk) and attach a screenshot of Poker Night 2 bounties (unlocked of course)

yeah they gave me 35 keys bro that is not equal value for the skins and heads

Yeah, same here. The Customer Support just gave me 25 Golden Keys as compensation.

I'm not happy about this, I want my stuff.
Wish there was at least a way to give the items to yourself in BL2 itself through like save editors.

bro i just did this took me a week and they said the team can no longer add items and gave me a
"Complimentary" 10 GK (which im guessing means Golden Keys for borderlands 2 ) this method is patched.

Hi this worked and I'll explain how I got it in 2024.
I made a support ticket thorough Gearbox and provided some information on how my rewards hadn't downloaded (with proof). Gearbox contacted me within a week and said I needed to contact 2K instead. So, I did a support ticket through them. Referring to a comment below state the game as "SHiFT Account and Game Issue SHiFT when you submit your ticket." (Thanks to Kumori/previous commenter).

Once they responded to me they wanted the following things- a screenshot of the rewards unlocked (in Poker Night 2), your platform name, your Shift ID, Support ID (found in Borderlands 2 menu), and your email address associated with the account. Support contacted me within two weeks and gave me my rewards.

TL;DR- Try 2K (via Support Ticket) as they were the one who did it for me, be patient with support and kind to them. Be prepared with information about your account, etc. The fact that they still do this is wonderful.

They responded and manually added the items in for me make sure you set the Game as SHiFT Account and Game Issue SHiFT when you submit your ticket and if you put in your SHiFT ID they'll unlock them immediately for you.

Tried sending a support ticket and everything and they haven't responded for 2 weeks. Idk if I should just keep waiting or what
