Blind the Traitors and put out fires all at the same time!

When sprayed this will blind traitors in your range and put out any fires on people, The video to begin shows what the effect looks like if you are sprayed (This will not happen to yourself but is for demo purpose) The second part shows spraying a person with the extinguisher. When the material is reset they are no longer blinded.
