Replace Fungoid 12 (Blorg) with a Cute Smol Anime Style thing

Safe to Add or Remove from any ongoing game.

Achievements Compatible

READ:

Compatible on older Stellaris versions.

As this is a texture replacement, and the name of the portrait texture files does not change with the old and new versions of the game, it does not require updates and is fully compatible.

Please report any visual problems.

@nukemind2012 From what I understand, adding a new species disables achievements. Because this is a replacement, and it doesn't add any new species, it is ironmode compatible

If you don't mind me asking, how did you make this ironman compatible? Been trying to do a Nier Automata one but if it effects the commons folder it always disables achievments.
