[TTT2] M4 SLAM (Tripmine + Remote C4) (use if original doesn't work)

This addon is for TTT2 only! It will not work with normal TTT and is incompatible with the non TTT2 version of the addon!

This mod adds the M4 SLAM weapon to the Trouble in Terrorist Town 2 gamemode as a buyable weapon.
The weapon acts as remote detonated satchel charge when thrown on the ground, or as a tripwire activated explosive when attached to a wall.
If you buy it, you get 2 charges.
SLAMs are visible to the player planting them and everyone in their team.

I changed the code, that draws the HUD icons of the charges for everyone in the same team, so it would work for TTT2 and support all roles.
