Longer Greetings Timer

Do you wish that the greeting text when you open an alien empire's diplomacy window would stick around for longer? Do you have a hard time reading it all before it fades out of existence? Do you have mods that add greetings text longer than what the vanilla game accounts for?

Then this mod is for you! It extends the time till the message fades out from 10 seconds to 30. Now you can take your time leisurely reading the message from the Fanatic Purifiers telling you they're going to wipe out your entire race.

Should be compatible with just about everything except mods which overwrite the DIPLO_SCREEN_TEXT_HIDE_COOLDOWN defines.

As of 3.9, this mod is now ironman and achievement compatible!
