[THE CERAMIKA REPLACES THE MINT]

A mod that introduces the Duchy of Silesia, ruled by Wladyslaw II the Exile. While this is based on a real historical country, not everything may be historically accurate, as it usually is with new civs in Civ 5.

This is my first Civ 5 mod, so please forgive any bugs and report them to me! I will attempt to fix them as fast as I can, however, I also have many other things to do so it may not be my top priority all the time.

Negative traits:
- Plundering tile improvements, trade routes, roads, etc gives 10% less gold
- Naval units cost more to maintain
- Razing cities takes 50% longer
- Gain 20% less influence over "Afraid" city-states
